oNecklace is a jewelry brand best known for its personalized name necklaces and custom pieces. In June 2023, the company reached out to Flexforce PRO. While sales were steady, they struggled to stand out in the crowded online jewelry space and wanted stronger visibility in Google search results.

The SEO Challenges Faced by oNecklace

Their biggest hurdle was organic search. They had already worked with another SEO agency but felt let down by the experience, which left them cautious about trying again. When they approached Flexforce PRO, they made it clear this was their last attempt to bring back consistent traffic and sales through search.

Our Goals

Together, we agreed on two priorities: grow rankings for valuable terms like “name necklace” and “personalized jewelry” while also lifting overall organic traffic across the site, including product and category pages.

How We Approached SEO

Success doesn’t happen by guesswork—it takes a clear plan. For oNecklace, we built a four-part framework that covered keyword targeting, page-level SEO, content planning, and international expansion.

Keyword Targeting

The previous SEO efforts had left gaps, with many valuable terms missing. We researched what customers were actually searching for and matched those phrases—such as “custom gold necklace” and “engraved jewelry”—to the right product and category pages.

Page-Level SEO

Each page received its own keyword theme. We fine-tuned titles, headers, product copy, and internal links so that every page could compete for the most relevant searches.

Content Development

Working with the brand’s writers, we built an editorial calendar that included topics like “Top Jewelry Trends of the Year”. Along with keyword guidance and structure suggestions, this ensured new content connected naturally to what customers were searching for.

Expanding Internationally

Since oNecklace wanted to grow in markets like the UK, Australia, and Canada, we created country-specific subfolders (e.g., /uk/, /au/, /ca/) and added hreflang tags. This allowed visitors in each region to see the most relevant version of the site.

Results

By September 2025, SEMrush data showed UK organic traffic had grown from 14,190 visits in May to 15,220 visits—a 7.26% lift in just four months. This momentum not only strengthened international visibility but also drove higher engagement and sales across multiple regions.
